New Year Retreat 2026/2027

Let's finish the old year 2026 with a New Year Meditation Retreat at Santikaram Forest Temple and start the new year in a friendly circle by the crackling fire, without alcohol and noisy fireworks. The New Year Meditation Retreat is also a great opportunity to celebrate what we have achieved this year and to calmly reflect on what we would like to do in the next year.

From Monday to Thursday, the regular meditation retreat regime will take place. Insight meditation (vipassanā bhāvanā), alternating sitting and walking meditation will be practiced. This retreat is suitable for beginners as well as advanced. Everyone can adjust the meditation regime according to their abilities. On Thursday evening, we will end the meditation regime and there will be a free program, or rather a program related to welcoming the new year 2027. 🥰🥂✨

Fee for the retreat:

1. Guests: €260

2. Members of Santikaram Association Slovakia: €199

The prices listed are final and include all dietary costs.

Donation (dāna) for the teacher is not included in the retreat fee, is based solely on the voluntariness and generosity of each participant.

When all the three steps mentioned above will be successfully accomplished, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your booking.
