Mediation camp

A mediation camp at the forest temple is an intensive time spent focusing on counseling, meditation and self-development. A mediation camp offers the opportunity to step out of the usual stereotype and experience a nourishing space for your inner growth. The mediation camp includes meditation techniques, work with the mind, the unique atmosphere of a forest temple, personal consultations with the Buddhist monk Bhante Sati Santikaro and Mgr. Martin Lajprík, author of the MindLimits method.
